About Our Education
Shree Janata Secondary School, Khaniyakhark, was established in 2015 B.S., located 23 km south of the district headquarters, between the northern Mahabharat range of Sindhuli district and the Sunkoshi river basin to the south. This school lies in Ward No. 5 of Golanjore Rural Municipality and is situated along the B.P. Highway. Geographically, the school is located at 27 degrees 16 minutes 59 seconds north latitude and 85 degrees 41 minutes east longitude, at an altitude of 1,260 meters above sea level. Looking at the history of the school, it was initially established in 2015 B.S. under the name Shree Rashtriya Bal Primary School, Khaniyakhark, at Bhanjyang in Ward No. 3 of the then Ratanchura VDC. With the passage of time and the development of education, the school also evolved. With the support of intellectuals, social workers, and senior community members, funds were raised through Deusi-Bhailo programs, and in 2034 B.S., the school was relocated to Khaniyakhark (Ward No. 3, Ratanchura VDC), where Grade 4 was introduced and it was upgraded to a Lower Secondary School. At present, the school operates up to Grade 12 as a Secondary School.
